From the rumors about the iPhone 6 to the actual announcement of not one but two models of the iPhone by Apple, there has been drama all the way and for Apple, this has paid off alot depsite the Samsung Ads and many people calling the new iPhones elephants.
“Sales for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus exceeded our expectations for the launch weekend, and we couldn’t be happier,” says Apple CEO Tim Cook. “While our team managed the manufacturing ramp better than ever before, we could have sold many more iPhones with greater supply and we are working hard to fill orders as quickly as possible.”
Apple has hit an all time record of selling the most devices in the first weekend of release. As we speak, more than 10 million devices have been sold, lets make it simpler, that is 39 iPhones per second!!
