Google has released Android 6.0.1 factory images for the Nexus 5, 5X, 6, 6P, 7(LTE) (and 7 w/ mobile data), 9 (and 9 LTE), and the Nexus Player. The new version of Android Marshmallow brings lots new emoji to the android operating system. Some new emoji are modifications of the formerly pink emoji to a rather skin-tone like yellow.
This Android 6.0.1 update brings back the “until next alarm” option for the “Do not disturb” notification mode which allows you to switch over to the silent or priority notification mode; rather than selecting a set number of hours.
Ars technica reports that their is a new navbar layout for tablets running Android 6.0.1 where the ‘back’ and ‘home’ buttons are on the left and the ‘Recents’ icon is on the extreme right.
